• Compliance: Clients must ensure that all content provided for inclusion in the website, app, or marketing materials complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

2.3 Payment Terms

• Deposits and Fees: A deposit is required to commence work, and payment is due upon achieving project milestones as agreed upon.

• Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee. In cases of non-payment, GrabitNoww reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is received.

2.4 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverable. GrabitNoww reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

GrabitNoww is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

2.6 Modifications to Terms

GrabitNoww reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
