Cancellation & Refund Policy

At GrabitNoww, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, if a situation arises where you are not fully satisfied with our services, our refund policy below outlines the circumstances and conditions under which a refund may be granted.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, and only if specific criteria are met.
Refunds will only be issued if there is a clear, justifiable reason that can be demonstrated.
No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully completed and delivered.
Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment date.
Refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7 business days
Pre-Project Refund: If the client cancels the project before any work has commenced, a full refund will be provided.
Partial Work Refund: If a portion of the work has been completed at the time of cancellation, we may provide a partial refund based on the completed milestones. Refunds in such cases will exclude any costs incurred for design and development phases already delivered.
No Refunds after Completion: Once the website design and development project is completed and delivered, no refund will be issued.
Pre-Project Refund: If the client cancels the project before any development work has commenced, a full refund will be provided.
Milestone-Based Refunds: If the project is canceled mid-development, a partial refund may be granted based on the completion stage, minus any costs for work completed on project milestones.
No Refund after Final Delivery: After final delivery and deployment of the application, no refund requests will be entertained.
Refunds are not applicable if the delay or dissatisfaction with the project is due to a lack of communication, delayed inputs, or incomplete information provided by the client.
In case of third-party issues, such as hosting or third-party applications not controlled by GrabitNoww, no refund will be granted.
We encourage clients to first reach out to us to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Any chargebacks received will result in termination of all services until the issue is resolved, and the client may be liable for additional fees.
